Whether you have a personal or corporate account with us you can benefit from our loyalty and reward programme

  • Rewards for every journey you take, no matter how long or short. Our standard loyalty scheme offers 10p for every journey made. Business Co-operate account may vary
  • Higher priority on bookings you make compared to ASAP bookings (Remove?)
  • Option to pay for part or all of  your journey using your reward points, remaining balance could be paid to the office by card or cash to the driver.
  • Your Reward Card can be used as a pre-paid top-up card and  is a secure way of paying your taxi. Parents –

Terms and Conditions

  • The Reward card (also known as loyalty card) is issued by and remains the property of Shuttl Me and associated group of companies including but not exclusively RoadRunners and Belfry Cars
  • Shuttl Me reserves the right to withdraw the card at any time
  • Shuttl Me reserves the right to alter or amend the conditions or operation of the scheme at any time. Notice of any change will be published on our website and/or by email.
  • Any specific conditions for supplier offers must be adhered to in order to receive the offer
  • The reward card MUST be presented in order to receive the supplier offer
  • The reward card is to be used by the registered person and is not transferable
  • Shuttl Me can take any action it considers appropriate if it has reason to believe that a reward card holder is abusing the scheme
  • Shuttl Me reserves the right to suspend any card found to have been tampered with.
  • Shuttl Me does not accept liability for lost, stolen or damaged cards
  • Shuttl Me reserves the right to cancel, withdraw or change any promotions or schemes at any time
  • Incentives, offers, promotions and third party offers may be subject to their own specific terms and conditions
  • The reward card may be required to be shown in order to comply with any offer
  • If a card is lost, stolen or damaged the card holder should contact Shuttl Me within 24 hours. There is a £5 charge to replace the card.
  • The card is not a cheque guarantee card, debit or credit card
  • To quality or redeem any discount or offers, the card must be presented at time of booking
  • Shuttl Me does not issue additional cards for family / friends for the same account. Of course family / friends can apply for their own Reward Card.
  • Any Shuttl Me or associated company driver are not authorised to take any payments to top-up reward cards. Payment can only be made in person in an official office or via the phone on 01737 760076.
  • Shuttl Me Reward Cards cannot be exchanged for cash. Any card holder found doing this could have their card, rewards, points and/or cash removed. The card holder will also be blacklisted from further use.
  • Any appeal to a decision to blacklist a card holder or withdraw of rewards shall be made in writing to Shuttl Me within seven days.
  • The above Terms and Conditions must be accepted upon completion of the Shuttl Me Reward Card application form.
