It is not unusual for passengers to leave items such as umbrellas, wallets or mobile phones behind when they get out of our vehicles.

 

 

If this happens to you, here’s what to do:

  • If you lost anything then contact our reception team via our priority account line as soon as possible: they may be able to get in touch with the driver immediately to check their vehicle in order to help you get your property back instantly. Please note there may be a charge to repatriate your item.
  • In the event that you do not realise you have lost your property instantly then we do require a lost property form to be completed in order to process your search request. This can be found by clicking on the link shown below.
